Educational Qualification:

Preferably 10th pass and above.

Potential Candidates may include: Teachers (including retired teachers), retired government servants and senior citizens, MSW students and teachers, Anganwadi workers, doctors /physicians, students & law students (until they enroll as lawyers), members of non-political, service-oriented NGOs/clubs/self-help groups, educated prisoners with good behavior serving long sentences, or any other person deemed fit by the authority.

Salary : 

The work of a Para Legal Volunteer is social service.
No salary or allowance is payable for the services rendered.
An honorarium may be provided based on work, as per the Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority rules.
Salary Unit: Honorarium per work.

Age criteria: Min 18 yrs
