Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.

Senior Manager (Administration & Finance; Academics):

Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.

Manager:

Master’s Degree or equivalent  with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.

Assistant Manager:

Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale with at least 2 years of work experience in educational/scientific administration/ research establishments/higher education institutions;

OR Bachelor degree  with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale with at least 7 years of work experience in educational / scientific administration/research establishments/higher education institutions

Executive Assistant:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale

Salary offered:

Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): Basic Scale of Rs. 1,31,100 – Rs. 2,16,600 OR Rs. 1,44,200 – Rs. 2,18,200 plus applicable allowances.
Senior Manager (Administration & Finance -1; Academics – 1): Basic Scale of Rs. 78,800 – Rs. 2,09,200 plus applicable allowances.
Manager: Basic Scale of Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500 plus applicable allowances.
Assistant Manager: Basic Scale of Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400 plus applicable allowances
Executive Assistant: Basic Scale of Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400 plus applicable allowances.

Upper age: 

Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): Below 57 years
Senior Manager (Administration & Finance -1; Academics – 1): 50 years
Manager: 50 years
Assistant Manager: 40 years
