Sr. Manager (HR)/ Manager (HR):

Graduate along with MBA/PGP/PGDM (02 Years) in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification such as 02 years degree/diploma in Labour Welfare/ Industrial
Relations /Social Work etc. with minimum 55%
marks. minimum 12 years of post
qualification experience in HR/IR functions.
Degree in Law is desirable. Candidate with 09 years of post qualification experience shall be eligible for Manager (HR).

Security Officer:

graduate in any discipline. He/ She should have served in the rank of JCO with minimum 15 years of service in Defence/ Paramilitary Forces.
